The Ministry of Agriculture launched the 'From the Heart Blooms 2.0 - Hualien Revitalization Agricultural Tokens' scheme, planning to distribute 700,000 tokens with a value of 250 NT dollars each to boost tourism in Hualien after the 0403 earthquake. However, on the first day of launch, the system crashed due to overwhelming user traffic, prompting the ministry to urgently increase bandwidth. The tokens can be used for various agricultural activities and purchases in Hualien until October 31.
