The head chef uses molecular gastronomy to recreate the national banquet dish 'Blanched Chinese Cabbage' as a cold dish. Using ingredients like flying fish from Orchid Island and eels from Jiading Reservoir, the restaurant also offers top-notch service with meat butlers and sommeliers enhancing the dining experience.
