On July 1, 2024, Taipei City Health Bureau launched the 'Taipei Health Development Record' chronic disease prevention campaign, offering 6 free test items including urea nitrogen, uric acid, glycated hemoglobin, complete blood cell count, thyroid stimulating hormone, and CA-199 tumor marker for citizens aged 40 to 64 at Taipei City Hospital. Mayor Chiang Wan-an emphasized the importance of early detection and prevention of chronic diseases, especially cancer, to ensure citizens' health and quality of life, reflecting the city's focus on healthcare.
