During a weekend, visitors passing through Taipei Station were surprised to find the station's hall decorated in a solemn style resembling a temple market, as it was hosting the '2024 Taiwan Market Expo' organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs with a theme of Fortune, Prosperity, and Longevity featuring the God of Fortune. Through various projects like traditional market enhancements and post-epidemic industry improvement plans, MOEA has incorporated aesthetic elements to uplift the appearance of markets, night markets, and stalls. The event, themed 'Seafood Market: Fortune in Every Bite,' showcased specialties from 41 food stalls across Taiwan, offering not just a food tour but also a deep exploration of Taiwanese culinary culture, hoping for enthusiastic participation from the public.
