Taiwanese law enforcement has accused Chinese Apple supplier Luxshare Precision Industry of illegally operating and trying to poach tech talents in Taiwan. The Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau named Luxshare and seven other Chinese companies for illegal activities, while also mentioning U.S.-sanctioned Zhejiang Dahua Technology for setting up operations on the island. Taiwan sees China's efforts as a threat to its chip expertise, and vows to crack down on illegal activities and talent poaching by Chinese firms.
