Taiwan Civil Front announced they will return to the Legislative Yuan next week from 19th to 21st to continue supervising and defending democracy. They will challenge the Parliament Powers Act proposed by the Executive Yuan, which will be explained by Premier Su Tseng-chang on the 19th and 20th, with a vote scheduled for the 21st. The Civil Front calls for nationwide citizen groups to engage in 'Citizens Against Parliamentary Abuse, Local Dialogue' activities in response to concerns over recent legislative actions seen as detrimental to democracy in Taiwan.
