On July 8, 2024, it was reported that all of the top 23 performing ETFs were Taiwan-based, outpacing other global stock and bond ETFs. Among the 258 listed ETFs, 176 saw gains, with 76% of Taiwan ETFs rising in value. Driven by TSMC's surge to 1,050 TWD and significant gains in major stocks, Taiwan's ETF market showcased strong momentum, leading to 51 ETFs hitting historical highs. Year-to-date, nine of the top ten performing ETFs are Taiwan-focused, outperforming international counterparts.
