The Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently released the latest results of pesticide residue monitoring in fruits and vegetables, with a total of 881 items sampled and 118 found to be non-compliant, resulting in an 87% pass rate. Among the non-compliant products, 24 have been fined, with well-known establishments like KIKI Restaurant in Taipei's ATT4FUN, Va Cheng Tianmu Store, and Chu Jian Hot Pot Keelung Nanrong Store making the list. The FDA emphasized the importance of food safety and advised consumers to choose seasonal produce, organic products, or those with good reputations to enhance food safety.
