Despite the extreme heat, experts caution that even hotter conditions are expected next week, advising people to prepare for the upcoming high temperatures. The Central Weather Bureau issued warnings for regions with the likelihood of extreme high temperatures, including areas like Yunlin, Tainan, and Pingtung. Residents are urged to take precautions to combat the heat.
