A car repair shop in Daliao District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan was fired at with 20 shots on the morning of the 14th, fortunately without injuries. The police quickly arrested Cai, the owner of the involved vehicle, along with Pan, who aided the suspect. On the 15th, they apprehended the main suspect, Yin, in a Taichung motel, seizing a handgun and 9 bullets. Chen turned himself in at the Pingtung County Police Department with a long gun and 22 bullets. The motive behind the shooting is suspected to be related to gambling debts, with investigations ongoing.
