Taiwanese citizen groups, led by the main organizer 'Bluebird Action,' gathered for the second day outside the Legislative Yuan in opposition to the proposed amendments to the Legislative Yuan Powers Exercise Law and parts of the Criminal Code. They called for a total of 10,000 citizens to appear for the vote on the Executive Yuan's reconsideration on the 21st. The main organizer reported an attendance of 8,000 people on the evening of the 20th and urged people to keep up the momentum.
