Reported about 1 year ago

A recent incident at the intersection of Wan'an Road in Dali, Taichung gained attention as an intense car dispute, but was later revealed by the police to be a staged drama. Three men, who were friends, pretended to be in a clash for filming and online traffic, displaying a fake fight where one even threw his helmet and engaged in physical altercations. Such fictional disputes on the road not only violate traffic regulations, subjecting to fines up to 2,400 NTD for unauthorized acting on roads, but also disrupt public order and can lead to up to 3 days detention or fines up to 30,000 NTD for circulating false content affecting public peace according to the Social Order Maintenance Act. Authorities identified the men in the video and will prosecute them, reminding the public to abide by the law in public spaces to prevent legal issues and emphasizing not to disrupt social peace or public order with deceptive means.
