Taiwanese Ferrari Enthusiasts Gather at Alishan Tourist Area with Nearly 60 Cars Worth 1 Billion NTD

Reported 12 months ago

In the midst of a hot summer, the Alishan Forest Recreation Area in Chiayi County, known for its cool climate due to its high altitude, recently attracted a gathering of nearly 60 Ferrari supercars. With each car valued at over 15 million NTD on average, the total worth of the cars reached nearly 1 billion NTD. The increase in Ferrari sales in Taiwan over the past four years has been attributed to the wealth generated from the semiconductor boom and the reshoring of manufacturing. Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna noted that the demand for supercars in Taiwan has surpassed that of mainland China or Hong Kong.
