FTNN News reported that DPP legislator Shen Boyang recently suggested on a political talk show that individuals from the mainland could use personal porn preferences to determine political stances, raising concerns about potential privacy risks. Former KMT legislator Qiu Yi criticized Shen's proposition as illogical and absurd, and questioned the lack of reasoning in the statement that 'Taiwanese men all love watching porn, all porn comes from the mainland, and the mainland can deduce political tendencies through porn types to determine united front strategies.' Qiu Yi called Shen 'crazy' for using such outrageous tactics to gain publicity in the legislative Yuan.
