Reported 8 months ago

On June 25, 2024, Taiwanese media personality Zhou Yucou was charged with aggravated defamation against lawmaker Huang Kuo-chang after accusing him of 'forcing female student' in a Facebook post last year. Huang Kuo-chang responded by stating that Zhou was ordered to pay 300,000 NT as compensation in April, which she has yet to pay. Huang mentioned that he will apply for forced execution when he has the time. This legal battle stems from Zhou's Facebook post accusing Huang of misconduct and subsequent legal actions taken against her.
