On July 1, 2024, at 10:00 PM, in Zhongping, Taoyuan, during a crackdown on missing migrant workers, police officers found a migrant worker named Ruan and arrested him. A video of the incident was posted online, garnering attention for one of the male officers who was described as 'handsome' by onlookers. The officer was identified as Pan Zhang Yuchen from the Zhongli Police Station. Despite the attention, it was revealed that he is already in a stable relationship. The case involved capturing a migrant worker who had been missing for 2 and a half years, with the Taoyuan Special Task Force handling the case.
