Two directors of Epic Games, appointed by Tencent, have resigned following concerns raised by the U.S. Justice Department regarding potential violations of antitrust laws. The Justice Department stated that their dual positions on the boards of Epic and Tencent could infringe the Clayton Act, which disallows directors from serving on competing companies' boards. Tencent has also agreed to amend its shareholder agreement with Epic to give up its right to appoint future directors to the Epic board.
