A mother in Tainan took her son to play at Tom Bear in Shin Kong Mitsukoshi New World and encountered a strange 'auntie' who closely followed them, staring at them with a dead-eyed gaze and muttering constantly. Even when they sought help at the service center and left with a security guard, the woman continued to follow them, causing a frightening experience.
