A sudden severe convective tornado natural disaster struck Huimin County and Chucheng County in Shandong, China on the 5th due to the influence of high-altitude trough and subtropical high-pressure warm and humid air flow. The incident resulted in 88 injuries, with 5 individuals declared dead despite rescue efforts. The emergency management bureau of Heze City, Shandong, reported 2820 damaged houses, 60,900 acres of farmland affected, and 48 power lines damaged. Prompt rescue operations were launched by provincial, municipal, and county authorities to treat the injured and facilitate disaster recovery efforts.
