Tesla's sales of China-made electric vehicles increased by 3% year-over-year in August, according to data from the China Passenger Car Association. Deliveries of the Model 3 and Model Y rose by 17% from July, and an analyst from China Merchants Bank International projects total retail sales to reach 65,000 units for the month. The growth aligns with extended incentives for local buyers and successful government support, indicating a positive trend for Tesla's sales in the third quarter of 2024.
