In response to opposition party's questioning if the Executive Yuan should accept reconsideration and if proposing a constitutional interpretation is unconstitutional, the Executive Yuan responded by showcasing photos indicating that Premier Su Tseng-chang has co-signed the bills, emphasizing the unquestionable acceptance of the law. Premier Su highlighted concerns about flaws in the legislative process violating constitutional principles, prompting the need for a constitutional lawsuit to safeguard democracy and protect basic rights.
