A Delaware judge has denied Blue Water Acquisition Corp's request to extend a final sale hearing in the court-ordered auction of shares of Citgo Petroleum's parent company. This comes after Blue Water submitted a $10 billion bid, including a $3.2 billion settlement for Venezuelan bondholders, after the deadline for offers had passed.
