Lín Lái Fū, a notorious gunman in Taiwan known as 'Guǐ Jiàn Chóu,' was part of a criminal group with 'Hēi Niú' Huáng Hóng Yù and 'Hēi Zǎi' Zhān Huǒ Shù, committing nearly a hundred crimes and killing 25 people, setting a dark record in public security history. He was eventually arrested after a long pursuit and was sentenced to death at the age of 31. Lín's crimes instilled fear in both lawful and unlawful circles, as he carried out extortions, robberies, and brutal killings, making him one of the most wanted gunmen in Taiwan's history.
