The Kuomintang launched the 'Blue Eagle Action' to support the passage of the parliamentary reform bill, while also conducting a poll for the 'most deserving DPP legislator to recall'. Three Green Party legislators, Wu Su-yao, Huang Kuo-chang, and Chung Chia-pin, received the most stickers beyond the voting boxes. Other DPP legislators like Wang Ting-yu and Su Chao-hsiung also had high sticker counts. The featured legislators had stickers piled outside the designated boxes, while even those with fewer votes had a few stickers. The parliament rejected the reform bill with 62 votes against 51, prompting different party supporters to gather outside the legislature in a scene of contrasting displays.
