On June 25, 2024, Sanyang Industrial Chairman Wu Ching-yuan revealed the company's new three-year plan focusing on innovation and expansion, aiming to achieve breakthroughs in both the motorcycle and automobile business. The plan includes increasing the annual export volume of the self-owned brand SYM by over 10%, reaching a global sales target of one million vehicles, and striving to enter the top four in the market with Sanyang Hyundai. Sanyang achieved impressive results last year including market share growth in Taiwan's motorcycle market, significant sales increases for Hyundai cars, and high operational performance. The company plans to expand its market share in Taiwan's motorcycle industry, intensify efforts in electric vehicle markets, and target one million vehicle sales internationally within three years.
