TikTok has thwarted a cyberattack aimed at high-profile accounts like CNN, which involved unauthorized access to their TikTok account through direct messaging. The social media company is working on restoring access and implementing additional security measures while investigating the exploit. Paris Hilton's account was also targeted but remained uncompromised, with only a few accounts affected in total.
