Recently in Hualien, twin brothers have been deceiving numerous stores by having multiple free meals. They falsely claimed to be students from Tzu Chi University, stating they didn't have money on them and promising to settle the bill after class. They left their phone number with the stores, but when contacted, the number was found to be blocked, leading the store owners to report the incident.
