Foreign investors finally turned from selling to buying, with a total of NT$8.899 billion bought today, putting Shin Kong Financial Holding Co. (2888) at the top of the buying list, while Yuanta Financial Holding Co. (2885) also ranked in the top three. Among the top three stocks foreign investors bought were Shin Kong Financial, Yuanta Financial, and Yuan Tai Value-High Interest (00940), while the top three stocks they sold were Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (2303), Innolux Corporation (3481), and Evergreen Marine Corporation (2618). It's worth noting that today's top three in terms of foreign buying includes three financial stocks, with Shin Kong Financial leading the way, Yuanta Financial in third place, and GuoTian Financial in seventh place.
