A 26-year-old driver surnamed Li was driving a full trailer truck through the Taoyuan service area entrance ramp when the truck's door was not properly locked, causing goods to spill and scatter on the road, partially blocking it. Luckily, there were no accidents. Police arrived to manage the situation and notified the traffic control center to send workers for cleanup. Drivers failing to securely fasten and contain their cargo could face fines ranging from NT$3000 to NT$18,000. The incident did briefly disrupt traffic but did not result in any injuries or accidents.
