President Joe Biden approved the legislation on May 16 for the busy airport in Arlington, Virginia, with applications due by July 8. Various airlines are planning new routes to connect cities like Seattle, Las Vegas, San Antonio, and San Diego to the U.S. capital through Reagan National airport.
