Venture Global Inc. has significantly reduced its initial public offering price range by over 40%, now marketing 70 million shares between $23 and $27 each, down from a previous range of $40 to $46. This adjustment lowers the company's potential market valuation from $110 billion to around $65 billion. The decision comes amid investor demand for a lower valuation, marking a setback for energy sector IPOs in the U.S., which saw only six priced in 2024, the lowest volume in 21 years.
