Veteran actor Lung Tien-hsiang, aged 69, known for roles in TV dramas like 'Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils' and 'The Legend of the Condor Heroes,' caused a scene in a taxi while drunk, refusing to pay the $420 fare and verbally abusing the driver. Police were called, and Lung was restrained and taken back to the station. He registered a high blood alcohol level of 1.06 mg and continued to be agitated even after being picked up by his manager and leaving the police station.
