This weekend continues to be hot with temperatures soaring high, prompting the Meteorological Administration to advise people to take precautions against the sun. Today, most parts of Taiwan still experience clear to partly cloudy, hot weather with temperatures around 33 to 35 degrees Celsius, and chances of local thunderstorms in the afternoon especially in southern regions and central mountainous areas, with a possibility of heavy rainfall. Starting tomorrow, unstable weather with thunderstorms is expected for the next three days, urging the public to stay vigilant. High temperature warnings have been issued for 13 counties and cities, with a forecast of temperatures reaching up to 36 or 37 degrees, and the likelihood of thunderstorms. The weather outlook for the following days remains unsettled, with the potential for heavy rain and thunderstorms in various regions.
