Indian IT giant Wipro is reorganizing its global business lines starting April 1 to better meet client needs, marking CEO Srinivas Pallia's first major change since his appointment in 2024. The restructuring combines cloud, data, analytics, and AI services under a tech division, while the consulting arm will be led by Amit Kumar, recently hired from Accenture. Wipro also introduces a new Business Process Services line, alongside maintaining its engineering division.
