The Washington Wizards have promoted interim head coach Brian Keefe to the permanent head-coaching job, replacing Wes Unseld Jr. Keefe, who has been an NBA assistant for 17 years and previously served as the lead assistant for the Wizards, will be taking on his first head-coaching position at any level. The team looks to Keefe to lead them through a rebuilding phase and towards long-term success as they hold the second overall pick in the upcoming 2024 NBA Draft.
