According to Mirror Media, actor Wu Kang-jen posted on his private Facebook accusing the drama crew of 'Weaving Our Blues Time' of being irresponsible and causing many people to lose their jobs. Wu revealed that he had declined two invitations back in April before the drama stopped filming in June, but was unexpectedly used as one of the reasons for the halt despite his refusal. Chai Chin-ping, the producer of the drama, responded on Facebook, stating the postponement was for better preparation and took full responsibility without shifting blame. She shared a notice from June 20 stating the delay to next year due to incomplete preparations caused by climatic factors at the filming location. Chai promises the same team will resume production next year and did not directly address Wu's complaints.
