He then chased the motorcyclist relentlessly while angrily asking, 'What are you honking at?' The terrified victim immediately rode to the police station to report the incident, bringing an end to this frightening experience. Yang later uploaded the footage from his dashcam to Facebook, recounting his terrifying encounter, which sparked heated discussions among netizens condemning the other rider's behavior as overly terrifying. The police stated that they would summon the involved rider for questioning and investigate the case for public insult. The Yilan Police Department urged the public to remain calm and rational during road disputes and to promptly seek assistance from law enforcement to prevent situations from escalating.
