Yonghe Traffic Police Substation Squad Leader Lin Youzheng suddenly collapsed last month during duty and remained in a coma despite emergency surgery, eventually passing away this morning due to multiple organ failure. Colleagues paid their respects as the hearse carrying Lin's body circled the station, with the substation chief expressing grief over the loss. Lin, who served for 32 years, was highly decorated throughout his career, renowned for his expertise in catching drunk drivers and earning the nickname 'Drunk Driving Eradicator.' Despite efforts to save him, Lin's condition did not improve, leading to his unfortunate demise.
