A shocking incident involving 6 deaths at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, is believed to be a case of poisoning followed by a suicide. The Thai police suspect a 56-year-old Vietnamese-American woman, Sherine Chong, as the main suspect, who allegedly invited five other Vietnamese individuals to room 502 for negotiations related to a 10 million Thai baht investment dispute. Cyanide traces were found in used tea cups and tea bags in the room. Investigations are ongoing, and concerns about Thailand's travel safety have been reignited.
