Blue and Green Parties Gather in Tainan for Speeches Ahead of Parliamentary Reform Resolution Vote, Ko Chih-en Criticizes DPP: Habitual Liars!

As the 'Parliamentary Reform Resolution' is set for a vote in the legislature on the 21st, both blue and green parties have begun their speaking tours, coincidentally starting in Tainan city today (June 15). The Kuomintang held their speech event near the Longshan Community Activity Center in the Triangle Park, where KMT legislators Xie Longjie, Ko Chih-en, Hsu Chiao-hsin, Huang Chien-ting, Wang Hung-wei, and Wu Tsung-hsien made speeches. Ko Chih-en emphasized the importance of parliamentary reform to enhance supervision over the administration, criticizing the DPP for being habitual liars and calling for accountability from officials. He further stressed the need for investigative powers in uncovering misconduct, urging the DPP not to speak irresponsibly.
