China Urges South Korea to Maintain Stable Supply Chains

During the first three-way summit between China, South Korea, and Japan since 2019, China urged South Korea to maintain stable supply chains and emphasized the importance of being trustworthy neighbors to each other. Premier Li Qiang also met with the head of Samsung Electronics Co. to discuss expanding investment in China, with the three leaders agreeing to enhance cooperation in various areas such as green energy and security, with Japan expressing concerns about North Korea and urging China to release detained Japanese nationals.
