A citizen group named 'Mountain Sea Citizen Dismantling Movement' has launched a campaign to remove Keelung Mayor Hsieh Guo-liang, which has entered the second phase of petition with creative publicity stunts. They have collaborated with food delivery riders, released a removal theme song, and paired it with a promotion video played on LED advertisement cars touring daily in Keelung City. The campaign aims to raise awareness and gather support for the removal initiative, which has already received 18,000 petitions out of the required 30,792, nearing 58% completion. Various creative approaches including using small propaganda trucks and teaming up with delivery riders have been employed to promote the cause.
