As of June 11, 2024, the Baolin Tea Room 'Boncol Acetic Acid' food poisoning case has claimed a total of 5 lives, with the last remaining hospitalized 46-year-old woman, who was the only one to undergo a liver transplant, experiencing worsening condition yesterday and rapidly declining today, being urgently transferred to the intensive care unit. Despite being given ECMO due to oxygen deficiency and poor breathing, she could not be saved, marking the sixth death in the Baolin Tea Room food poisoning incident.
