Soybeans Prices Dip After Long Weekend

Reported about 10 hours ago

Soybean prices experienced a drop of 10 to 20 cents on Monday morning, following gains earlier in the week. Despite a strong performance last week, where August soybeans rose by 22 ¼ cents and November by 24 ½ cents, futures saw a decline after the long weekend. Additionally, a large trade deal between Indonesia and the U.S. worth $34 billion, which includes soybeans, was announced. Recent export sales also showed an increase in soybean bookings, although Brazil's exports faced a decline compared to the previous year.
