In the 35th Golden Melody Awards held last Saturday, the independent rock band "No Party at the Grassland" won three major awards including Album of the Year, Best Mandarin Album, and Best Band for their second album "Wahaphe", replicating the success they had seven years ago with their debut album "Ugly Slave". The band, originally named "Grass Street Turn" and later changed to "Grass Street Party", encountered various member changes before settling as "No Party at the Grassland" in 2014. Although facing setbacks like the sudden passing of their drummer Fanfan in 2021, they continue to show resilience and dedication in their music journey.
