In Pingtung, a man who was intoxicated rode his motorcycle to a police station with a packet of white powder, mistaking it for drugs, which turned out to be negative. Upset by the result, he threw hell money at the station. This was not his first incident, as he had done this before in 13 locations due to a bad mood from a failed relationship. He was sent to the district prosecutor's office for investigation.
