On June 12th, in Xitou Park, Nantou, an elderly man surnamed Chen in his 80s went missing and was later found deceased after his wife couldn't locate him following a restroom break. Despite extensive search efforts involving police and firefighters, Chen's body was discovered the following day on a slope along the trail with no signs of life.
