Italian energy group Eni SpA aims to raise more than €4 billion from selling assets in its global upstream business as part of a broader strategy to dispose of €8 billion in assets over the next three years. Eni's CEO plans to divest assets like renewable energy and bio-refining to fund the company's energy transition plan. Eni may sell Alaskan assets to Hilcorp and a stake in Ivory Coast operations to raise additional funds.
