Three online sellers on Walmart's Flipkart have filed a lawsuit against India's antitrust watchdog, the Competition Commission of India (CCI), challenging an investigation that found they, along with Flipkart and Amazon, violated competition laws. The sellers claim the investigation process was unfair and have requested the High Court to annul the findings and halt the proceedings, potentially delaying the ongoing case that began in 2020. Both Flipkart and CCI have not commented on the matter.
