Fulao Community in Minxiong Township of Chiayi County organized a charity event called 'Dragon Boat Festival Blessings, Spreading Happiness for Charity' at the Chiayi Winery Minxiong Plant. The community aimed to connect with residents emotionally through making rice dumplings for the Dragon Boat Festival and showed care for vulnerable groups. Chiayi County Magistrate expressed that the festival has expanded beyond households to involve the community, bringing generations together to make dumplings and distribute them to those in need, fostering a festive atmosphere.
